Q:

No Sound ?

Please try below steps to resolve the issue:
1. Please increase the volume of the soundbar. Press VOLUME “+” on the remote control or on the top of your sound bar.
2. Press “MUTE” on the remote to ensure the sound bar is not muted.
3. Press “OPT/ARC/AUX/BT” on remote or M button on top of your sound bar to select a different input source.
4. Please switch to another APP such as YouTube or play a local video, and check whether there is sound coming out.
5. Please try connecting soundbar with smartphone via Bluetooth to see if there is sound.
6. The soundbar doesn‘t support Dolby Audio and DTS, please make sure Dolby Audio and DTS is turned off in the TV settings....
Q:

Can I use the soundbar with my headphones ?

No, it is not compatible with headphones.
Q:

How can I connect my turntable with the bookshelf speakers

(Model:DS6701/DS6701S) Preparation:
1.Connect the turntable with bookshelf speakers via Bluetooth or RCA.
2.Please connect the left speaker and right speaker via the attached speaker wire.
3.Confirm whether your turntable has LINE OUT output. Please switch the audio output of the turntable to LINE instead of PHONO.
4.If your turntable has no Line out, only PHONO output, you will need a preamplifier to connect with bookshelf speakers and turntable.
Q:

How to connect bookshelf speakers with amplifier?

1.Please connect the audio source equipment to the amplifier input interface.
2.Connect the speakers to the amplifier output interface.
3.The active speakers can only be connected to the LINE OUT of the amplifier, It cannot be connected to the Speaker Out of the amplifier.

What type of cable is used for the "Sub Out" port on the sound bar?

Models: 1.35mm x 3.5mm DC Adapter Cord

Q:

The subwoofer has no sound?

1.Confirm whether the subwoofer‘s wire is inserted into the SUB OUT interface on the soundbar instead of the AUX interface.
2.Please confirm whether the subwoofer line is broken
3.Confirm whether the subwoofer interface is broken
4.If it still does not work, please contact us via support@sineaudio.com.cn to get a replacement.
5.If you use our 2.0 soundbars to connect with external subwoofer, you can only connect with a powered subwoofer.
Q:

Bluetooth Connect failed?( Connected and Disconnects Constantly)

1. If the soundbar is already connected with another Bluetooth device, please disconnect the previously connected device by pressing and hold BT on remote for 1s.
2. Reboot your Bluetooth device and try to pair it again with the soundbar.
3. Make sure the distance between your device and the soundbar is less than10m/33ft.
4. Try connecting soundbar with smartphone via Bluetooth since some TV models are not compatible with Bluetooth devices.
5. Make sure no other Bluetooth devices are connected (signal interference),remove any obstacles between your Bluetooth device and the soundbar.
Note: BT -blue light flashes quickly --ready for connection
          BT -blue light stays on --already connected with some Bluetooth device.
          BT- blue light flashes slowly--the soundbar is connected with some device while no audio is being played...
Q:

How to quickly disconnect the current Bluetooth device connected with Soundbar?

Press and hold BT on remote for 1s or press ”M” button on soundbar for about 2 seconds to disconnect the current Bluetooth device.
