Q:

Does it Support Control of the Soundbar with TV Remote?

Method 1: HDMI ARC
Please check if your soundbar and TV support HDMI ARC(CEC) first. You can control the sound bar‘s on/off and volume via TV remote control with HDMI ARC connection.
Method 2:The IR code of the remote control is not compatible with universal remotes or TV remotes, however if you are using a Fire TV stick, please select " Meidong" from soundbar brand list so that you can use fire TV remote to control the soundbar.
Q:

The remote control is not working...

Please try below steps to resolve the issue:
1.Put new batteries into the remote;
2.Point the remote directly to the sensor of the sound bar when pressing a button.
3.If the distance between the remote control and speaker is too far, move it closer to the unit.
4.Open the battery cover to check if the positive terminal of the battery is in good contact with the spring.
5. Contact us via after sales email support@sineaudio.com.cn to ask for a replacement remote.
Q:

How do I use Fire TV remote to control the soundbar?

STEPS: Go to Settings > Equipment Control > Add Equipment > soundbar > Select Meidong > Follow the prompt on screen > select whichever input you’re using (AUX, Optical/TV Audio, Bluetooth) > You can now control your soundbar with your FireTV remote . 
Q:

Why can‘t the bookshelf speakers(model:DS6700M) I received with my turntable work?...

The bookshelf speakers (model:DS6700M) are passive design and require a separate amplifier or receiver in order to play audio from a TV,computer or record player.
The passive speakers (model:DS6700M)does not include speaker wire and do not support Bluetooth.

Missing connection cables, power supply or remote control, or faulty connection cable ?...

Unable to power on?

1.Please confirm if the power adapter is properly connected with socket and speakers.
2.Plug a different device into the electrical outlet to verify that the outlet is working correctly.
3.Please confirm if the speakers standby indicator is on (standby indicator is in red ). If it is red, press power button to power on.
4.If there is no indicator light, there should be problem with power adapter. Please contact us via after sales email support@sineaudio.com.cn to get a replacement.
Q:

Noise issues OR static sound?

1.Please make sure the TV sound output is correct: Settings-Sound-Digital Audio Output -PCM.
2.Please try to connect with a different audio source (TV, smartphone etc)to see if the buzzing still exists.
3.The soundbar doesn‘t support Dolby Audio and DTS, please make sure Dolby Audio and DTS is disabled on both the TV settings and video streaming apps.
4.In order to reduce the bottom noise at low volume, please do not minimize the volume of the audio source, it is recommended that the volume of the audio source set greater than 50%, and then adjust volume of soundbar.
5.Try other connection methods: HDMI ARC>Optical>AUX>Bluetooth....
